Here’s the diet plan:Day 1
Lunch: An orange, an egg, 200 ml. of yogurt.
Dinner: 2 pieces of toast, 2 boiled eggs, 2 tomatoes, ½ a cucumber or a small bowl of lettuce,
Lunch: An orange, 1 boiled egg, a cup of yogurt,
Dinner: 125 grams of red meat, a piece of toast, a cup of sugarless tea or coffee, 1 orange
Lunch: 1 orange, 1 cucumber, 1 boiled egg
Dinner: 125 grams of cooked red meat, a piece of toast, 1 orange, a cup of sugarless coffee or tea
Lunch: 1 orange, a piece of toast, 125 grams of cottage cheese
Dinner: Like day 3
Lunch: 200 grams of cooked meat or fish, a piece of toast, 1 tomato
Dinner: ½ a pound of cooked carrots, peas and potatoes
You should follow this diet strictly for 5 days. Take a 2-day break afterwards before continuing. Make sure you cook the vegetables without salt and avoid alcohol during the diet. If you have heart issues, consider consulting your doctor before starting the diet.
