Fungal infections can afflict any part of your body. However, according to the AAD (American Academy of Dermatology), toenails are more prone to fungal infections due to the fact that they’re normally confined to the shoes, which is a moist and warm environment.
The fungal infection can be painful, unsightly, and damage your nails.
Get Rid of Nail Fungus Forever
With a combination of baking soda and apple cider vinegar, you can effectively get rid of nail fungus.
Whereas baking soda prevents the fungus from spreading and growing, the apple cider vinegar will kill the fungus, since it is naturally acidic.
- Baking soda – 4 to 5 tablespoons
- Apple cider vinegar or white vinegar – 1 cup
- Paper towels
Mix the vinegar with sufficient water to soak your feet it in for about 15 minutes.
Afterwards, dry with paper towels.
Then, add the baking soda to the water before soaking your feet for 15 additional minutes. Again, dry your feet with paper towels.
This should be done twice a day. The vinegar will destroy the fungi, and the baking soda will avert the growth of more.
