Most of us love indulging in pancakes.
This recipe does not require flour, making it gluten free and you can eat them without worrying about putting on some extra weight.
First, break 2 eggs.
Then mash the bananas coarsely.
Don’t use too many or too little.
There should be just enough egg to hold the mashed banana together.
Mix all the ingredients.
Scoop 1 or 2 tablespoons of batter for each pancake.
Cook for about one minute and flip the other side and cook for an extra minute.
Serve with syrup
