Rainbow Fruit Salad with Honey and Lime

We eat almost the same foods everyday; others may eat a different fruit each time. What we don’t know is that we can’t get everything required by our bodies from just one or two different fruits. You can counter this by grating pineapple and mixing it with various fruits.


This is referred to as synergy as your body will get several nutrients in the fruits.  These nutrients will work together resulting in very efficient health.

All these nutrients will then work in conjunction for generating highly efficient health advantages compared to one fruit.

The salad can be easily and readily made.

Rainbow Fruit Salad plus Lime & Honey


2 Ripe bananas

12 ounces Blueberries

1 pound diced Pineapple

6 ounces Blackberries

4 peeled and sectioned Mandarin oranges

4 peeled and sliced Kiwis

1 pound sliced Strawberries

Honey Lime Dressing:

Quarter cup Natural honey

2 teaspoons natural Lime zest

1 tablespoon fresh Lime juice


For the salad, put all the prepared fruits in a bowl.

For the dressing, combine honey, lime zest and lime in a different bowl and whisk well.

Pour the honey lime dressing on the fruits to cover them completely.
